    We paint or draw any kind of animal! We always give advice on which technique you will get the best result and, before starting the painting, we send sketches to you so we can make sure the result will fully satisfy you.

FAQs - Pet portraits and sculptures

  • How can I order a painting, drawing or sculpture of my pet? 
    You can send us a photo of your pet by email info@icra-art.cat. The more pictures we have, the better!
  • Can I choose the size, the support and the techique of my pet portrait? 
    Sure, you can. However, we always give you advice on which will be the best result. In sculptures we decide the materials we are going to use according to the characteristics of the piece.
  • Can I ask for a gift voucher for a drawing, a painting or a sculpture?
    Yes, you can. We have some gift vouchers in our shop. Tell us what you need and we will show you the most suitable gift voucher for you.
  • Do you only paint/draw portrait pets?
    Pets and ANY KIND of fauna. Some clients ask for their favourite animals, exotic animals, dinosaurs… We can satisfy them too!
  • How long takes a portrait to be finished? 
    It always depends on the techinque and the complexity of each work. Usually it takes from a couple of weeks to one month.
  • What if I don’t like the final result? 
    This will not happen. We will send you sketches and photographs during the creation process to make sure you are satisfied with the portrait. We never have had an unhappy costumer!
  • I would like to have photos and explanations of the portrait’s making off… would it be possible? 
    No problem! You can ask for the Workbook of the portrait. It is a small book (about 5-10 pages) where we accurately explain step by step the portrait’s making off, from sketches in paper to the final result with photos included!

  • How can I ask you for an illustration?
    You can contact us through mail, social networks or phone. We will carefully note your requests and we will give you advice depending on the complexity and tipology of the work.
  • Can I choose the size, the support and the technique? 
    Yes, although the most common technique in scientific and naturalistic painting is digital art. In sculpture we decide the material according to the characterictics of the piece.
  • What kind of comissions can I ask to you? 
    Any kind! illustrations for books or encyclopaedias, fauna of flora reconstrutions, illustrated stories for kids, large-format pictures, paleoambiental reconstructions, close-ups and patology  illustrations… tell us what you need and we will help you!
